November is a time for letting go, turning inward, and deepening our connection with what truly matters. You are warmly invited to a special Sauna Sisters gathering dedicated to honoring our ancestors, our roots, and our connection to nature.

Come alone or bring a woman from your family—your mother, daughter, aunt, sister, or another loved one—to share stories, hold space for one another, and experience a magical evening in the sauna.

What to Expect — 3 Hours

• Ancestral Honoring Ritual: A gentle ritual to connect with our roots and express gratitude to those who walked before us.

• Story Sharing Circle: A safe and welcoming space to listen, reflect, and speak from the heart.

• Healing Sauna: Relax into the restorative warmth of the sauna and löyly, the sacred steam, in the company of other women.

Reetta Ranta is a Finnish storyteller, author, coach, and the creator of the Sauna Sisters concept. She works to revitalize ancient spiritual traditions and deepen our connection with nature. She is the author of Timeless Nordic Rituals and the creator of the Nordic Forest Rituals oracle deck, published 2026 by REDFeather / Schiffer Publishing.
