Full Facility Event Rental
Your group will have private and exclusive use of the entire building for 2 ½ hours.
We can fit 42 people at maximum occupancy. We offer 30 secure lockers and 12 additional storage cubbies.
The sauna room itself can accommodate about 18 people at once, but maybe a few more if you get cozy.
When our lounge is converted to floor-clear configuration, 10-12 people can lay flat mats for private yoga, breathwork, mediation, stretching or bodywork.
Our Sauna Host will staff the event to help guests with arrival and check-in, filling out a facility liability waiver, and if you wish, can take orders for the food/beverage that we offer for sale.
Beer, wine, dry cider and spritzers are sold during regular operation, and so we can serve alcohol in conjunction with your event. If requested we can also remove alcohol from our display and accommodate NA events.
We permit outside food, drinks and decorations, DJ, etc. but all items must be removed prior to your rental end time agreement. Please note: we cannot provide cold/hot storage, ice, cups, flatware or dinnerware.
We typically need at least 3 weeks notice to book, and we require a 50% down-payment. The deposit is fully refundable with 2 weeks notice. The remaining 50% payment is due 2 days before your event. We require payment by check or electric funds transfer; we do not accept credit/debit card payment.
