This Is Not a Spa Day
LÖGR Sauna gatherings are intentional, communal rituals rooted in ancient sauna traditions. We move slowly through heat, cold, rest, and nourishment—guided, spacious, and human. You’re invited to step out of the noise and into the cycle.
Unplug. Heat Up. Drop In.
A five-hour sauna and hot springs experience in nature. Two wood-fired sauna tents, cold river dips, hot soaking pools, tea, food, and facilitated flow. No cell service. No rush. Just presence.
Held by Forest, Stone, and Steam
Set beside natural hot springs, this LÖGR gathering weaves sauna, cold water, breath, and rest into a shared day outdoors. Designed to restore nervous systems and renew our relationship with the natural world.
Sauna Is Better Together
Join a small group for a guided sauna ritual at McCredie Hot Springs. We rotate through heat, cold, and rest—sharing space, food, and quiet moments of connection. Come as you are. Leave lighter.
Where Steam Meets Stone
For one winter day, we gather at the springs—tending fire, entering water, and breathing together. LÖGR Sauna is an invitation into elemental rhythm: sweat, plunge, soak, rest, and eat. Nothing added. Nothing rushed.
About your Guide
Tucker Larson is a sauna builder, practitioner, and the founder of LÖGR Sauna Co.
A lover of wilderness and builder by trade, he builds custom saunas and hosts communal sauna rituals in nature, celebrating thermic cycling in wild water. This is the inspiration for the company name (ᛚ) LÖGR "LUH-gur" the nordic rune and word for water.
LÖGR experiences are slow, elemental, and designed to restore a felt sense of belonging—within the body, the land, and each other. When people can be hosted in a wild space and guided through this immersive practice they can encounter a “medicine for modernity.” Tucker loves to curate intentional gatherings designed to restore rhythm, reverence, and belonging in the set and setting of the origins of Nordic Sauna Tradition.
