Free & Open to Everyone
Porchfest is a free festival of performances on porches, driveways and public spaces across Milwaukie.
It takes place on the last 3 Fridays of July every year.
People are encouraged to walk or bike their neighborhoods, meet their neighbors, and share their talents with the community.
Porchfest is comprised of dozens of mini-concerts throughout Milwaukie. Performances run from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Performers have included bagpipers, actors, rock bands, comedy acts, brass quintets and an outdoor drag show.
All are encouraged to fill Milwaukie with performance art!
7:30-8:30 p.m.
12-string folk ballads, shanties, instrumentals, and sing alongs.
Paul Atticus Logan's work is split into halves. On one, he's known for ornate fingerpicking compositions. On the other, he brings the old-world joy of communal singing with 400 year old ballads, 200 year old shanties, and the folk blues of just a century ago.
