Open to all ages, Sauna 101 will help you learn about this wellness activity and enjoy your first sauna at no cost all in the company of fellow newcomers — and guided by a seasoned and supportive sauna lover.
Class runs 65 minutes. The first 20 minutes will take place fully clothed. Partaking in sauna bathing is NOT required, but encouraged! If you plan to sauna: bring your sandals, 2 towels & a swimsuit
