SaunaGlo – Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement

I acknowledge and understand the inherent risks associated with sauna use, which may include overheating, dehydration, slips, falls, and other related injuries, that may lead to serious injury or death. I confirm that my participation is voluntary, and I knowingly assume all risks involved.

I release, waive, and discharge SaunaGlo, its affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, officers, employees, agents, and successors from any claims, demands, liabilities, rights, or causes of action arising from my participation in sauna activities, leading to any form of injury, loss, or damage to myself or my property, whether caused by the negligence of SaunaGlo, or otherwise. This release excludes any claims of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by SaunaGlo. 

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaunaGlo against all losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including legal fees and defense costs, stemming from my use of the sauna facilities. This indemnity excludes situations arising from gross negligence or intentional misconduct by SaunaGlo.

I affirm that I am not aware of any medical conditions that would impair my ability to safely participate in sauna activities. I have not been advised against sauna use by a medical professional. I will leave the sauna immediately if I experience discomfort, nausea, or dizziness.

I agree to comply with the House Rules and the Code of Conduct set by SaunaGlo and acknowledge that failure to adhere may result in removal from the premises, and/or termination of membership and continued use of the premises, without refund.

I acknowledge that SaunaGlo is not responsible for any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged on its premises.

Severability and Jurisdiction:

Should any part of this Agreement be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall continue to be valid and enforceable. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Oregon. 

Acknowledgment of Understanding:

I have carefully read this Agreement and understand its contents. I am aware that by signing, I am waiving substantial legal rights, including my right to sue. I sign this document willingly and agree to be bound by its terms, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
