Are you seeking depth in your relationships, and a greater sense of peace and groundedness about yourself?
Please join us for an intentional guided sauna experience designed to support self-awareness, integrity, and respect in how we show up and relate to one another.
This is a space that does not tolerate macho posturing, misogyny, homophobia, sexism, or any other form of bigotry, prejudice or hate.
You are welcome to arrive early and enjoy the sauna and cold plunge any time before the event. We close to the general public at 8, and then doors close at 8:15pm so we can set the stage for the circle. We then enter the sauna as a group, with freedom and trust to share what it’s like to be ourselves in an open-minded, judgment-free setting.
We are encouraging a container within which people are heard and feel able to express as openly as they wish. The container is set and considered held by all those who are present from the beginning.
A space of introspection as witnessed by other men will be structured for all to have roughly equal time and will be facilitated by a local author Matthew Sloane, who has a depth of experience in facilitating men’s circles.
Note: This event is open to anyone who identifies as a boy or man.
