Guided Sauna Reset for Women

  • SaunaGlo 1915 Southeast Jefferson Street Milwaukie, OR, 97222 United States (map)

An embodied practice for release, clarity, and reorientation

Book Now

This guided sauna experience uses heat, cooling, and intentional facilitation to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and personal clarity.

Across three structured sauna rounds, participants are guided through:

  • Settling and grounding the nervous system

  • Releasing stress, emotional buildup, or outdated patterns

  • Integrating insight and intention for what comes next

The alternating heat and cooling create a natural state shift in the body, making it easier to step out of overthinking and into presence, clarity, and felt strength.

This experience is:

  • Gently facilitated

  • Trauma-informed

  • Focused on embodied awareness rather than analysis

  • Designed to be supportive, without pressure to share

Many participants leave feeling more relaxed, clearer about what matters, and more deeply connected -- to themselves, to others, and to the world around them.

Although it has a therapeutic effect, this is not group therapy or medical treatment. It’s a guided wellness experience designed to support emotional regulation, reflection, and integration.

Led by Naomi Veak, a seasoned facilitator and coach with extensive experience guiding groups through embodied practices that support emotional regulation, insight, and grounded decision-making.

Why Monthly?

This experience is designed to be meaningful as a one-time reset --and especially powerful as a monthly practice.

Life naturally pulls us off center. We accumulate stress, take on responsibilities that no longer fit, and keep moving forward without pausing to reassess what’s actually working.

Returning to this experience on a regular basis creates a rhythm of:

noticing what’s no longer aligned,

releasing what you’re ready to let go of,

and gently reorienting toward what matters most in this season of your life.

Over time, this kind of intentional attention can subtly -- and sometimes dramatically -- alter the trajectory of how you live, decide, and relate to yourself.

Practicing within a group field adds another layer of support. You’re not doing this work in isolation -- you’re held in a shared container where insight, perspective, and wisdom naturally emerge through presence and witnessing.

Many people choose to return monthly as a way of paying attention to their own life on purpose.

You’re welcome to come once, or come monthly if it becomes a supportive rhythm for you.
